RxTechSchool Customer Satisfaction Policy

In the event that the student has not started the course and officially withdraws by providing RxTechSchool with written notice of his or her intent to withdraw within 3 days of enrolling, student shall receive a 100% refund.

If the school cancels, discontinues, or fails to provide the course for which the student has paid and should have completed in a reasonable time, student shall receive a 100% refund.

Refunds for books will be made if RxTechSchool receives written notice of student's intent to return the books within 10 days after the books are shipped. Books must be unused and in their original packing in order to qualify for a refund. Student bears the cost of returning the books to RxTechSchool; books must be received by RxTechSchool within 30 days of the request for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of RxTechSchool's receipt of student's written notice of withdrawal or after books are received by RxTechSchool, whichever is later. Refunds will be made in the same payment type used for initial enrollment. This refund policy does not include monies paid for books.
