iPad Giveaway Complete Rules and Regulations

1. Purchase of an RxSchool Live Webinar is necessary to enter the drawing to receive a prize.
2. Void where prohibited.
3. The promotion is offered only in the United States to U.S. residents over the age of 18. All entrants must be a registered member of RxSchool. The recipient agrees to provide all necessary documentation to verify eligibility. This offer is not open to corporate employees of AMN Healthcare Inc. or its affiliate companies.
4. One winner will receive an iPad (approximate value $499.00). No substitute prizes shall be awarded to anyone who refers one friend to RxSchool.
5. The winner will be announced at the end of the webinar that will be held July 29th at 12 PM ET, entitled: Pharmacist’s Role in Pain Management. RxSchool reserves the right to end the promotion at any time with or without notice. One winner will be announced in addition to an email.
6. Winner may not need to be present to receive prize.
7. Participation in this giveaway requires members to purchase an RxSchool Webinar in the between; June 9th 2010 – July 27th, 2010.
8. The iPad winner will be randomly selected. Odds of winning depend on number of valid entrants received.
9. Giveaway recipient agrees that AMN Healthcare, Inc. and its affiliates, partners, directors, officers and employees shall have no liability in connection with the giveaway, participation in the giveaway and/or acceptance or use of the giveaway offered. By accepting, giveaway recipients agree to hold harmless RxSchool and/or AMN Healthcare, Inc. for damages, injuries or losses that may be sustained in connection with the use or misuse of the giveaway. By participating in this offer, entrants agree to abide by and to be bound by these official rules.
10. All decisions relating to entries, rules and/or selection of giveaway recipients made by RxSchool are final.
11. RxSchool and/or AMN Healthcare, Inc. is not responsible for late, lost, misaddressed or misdirected entries.
