You will receive your statement of credit for attending Live CE through this section. To receive your statement of credit simply click on name of the Live CE event you attended. If you have not already entered one, you will be asked to enter a registration confirmation. You will then have to follow a simple three step process to earn your statement of credit. Step 1: Choose Sessions - Please choose the sessions you attended by checking the box next to the appropriate sessions and then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to confirm your selections before continuing. Step 2: Evaluations - Once you have chosen the sessions that you attended, you will return to this page and will be allowed to complete the corresponding evaluation for each session. Scroll down and look for the "!Click Here to Complete Your Evaluation!" links. Step 3: Print Statement of Credit - Once you have completed the evaluations for all of the sessions that you attended, you may print your consolidated statement of credit by clicking the My Transcript link and then choosing the appropriate Live CE event link. You may also click on the "Print Statement" link that will appear below once you have completed at least one evaluation. You may print your statement before completing all evaluations; however, any future printed statements will be marked as duplicate. |
