CE Broker

Q: How many different DOH numbers can a pharmacist have?
A: A pharmacist in Florida can have up to 3 different DOH numbers. The three that are available are General, Consultant and Nuclear.
|
| |
Q: I have taken 30 hours of Consultant CE, but only needed 24. What happens to the other 6 remaining, will I loose those hours?
A: You will not loose those hours. Any remaining hours from Consultant or Nuclear CE will be automatically applied to your General CE credit. The only kind of transfer that cannot take place for credits from Consultant to Nuclear and vise a versa.

| |
Q: RxSchool only has one of my DOH numbers, but I actually have more than one, will CE Broker know that they are attached?
A: Yes, CE Broker links all the DOH numbers together for each individual. So if you provide RxSchool with your General Pharmacy DOH number, CE Broker will also know if you have a Consultant number as well.
|
| |
Q: Will CE Broker know that I have taken a course with RxSchool and that it should be considered for my consultant credit?
A: RxSchool provides CE Broker with your name and the title of the course that you took as well as the DOH number that you have provided to RxSchool. RxSchool also designates specific courses as being approved for Consultant credit for pharmacists when submitting courses to CE Broker. By providing your DOH number to RxSchool, we are able to ensure that CE Broker ties your DOH number to the appropriate CE courses, and when applicable, you will receive your credit for consultant courses.

Q: Why Can't I get My Certificate? There's nothing on my transcript and there's no button to click to print certificate
A: There are two types of CE's, Live and Distance. Many of the Live CE's have been repurposed as Distance CE's. Make sure you are registered for the correct CE. If you went to the Live CE event, make sure you are registered for that event, not the Distance equivalant. The same thing goes for Distance CE's. If you are trying to get your certificate for a distance CE, make sure you are not registerd for the Live CE.

Q: How can I allow the necessary popups at RxSchool?
A: RxSchool uses popups for website functionality. If you have a pop-up
blocker on your computer there are two ways to allow them on RxSchool.
The first way is to simply hold down the Ctrl button while clicking on a
link that pops-up, this is a temporary solution.
A permanent solution also exists so that will allow popups throughout
RxSchool without holding down the Ctrl button for every link.
In the most recent version of Internet Explorer, go to the "Tools" menu and
select "Internet Options".
Next, select the "Privacy" tab at the top of the window.
At the bottom of that screen there is a section called "Pop-up Blocker",
click
on the "Settings..." button.
From there, type in www.RxSchool.com and click "Add", then "Close", then
"OK" to
exit out of that screen.
All popups will now be permitted on RxSchool.
If you are using Netscape, click on the "Tools" option in your top menu and
then "Popup Manager" the "Allow Popups From This Site".
Next click on "Add" then "OK" to exit out of that screen.
