Course Objectives
At the completion of this program, the participant will be able to:
- Discuss the importance of good contact lens care
- Discuss the disinfection criteria required for multi-purpose disinfecting solution and multi-purpose solution .
- Describe and categorize the various components of contact lens care systems
- Categorize, describe and differentiate amoung the various proprietary and generic soft contact lens care systems currently on the market
- Relate the potential complications and incompatibilities associated with contact lens care systems
